2.3.8 SCSI Adapter Support

At this point in the installation you must tell the kernel about any SCSI adapters on your system. If no SCSI adapters are present, choose ``NO'' and skip to the next paragraph. If you have a SCSI adapter that you will be using for the installation (either as source or destination media); answer ``YES''. You will then be presented with a list of SCSI adapters. Highlight your adapter and press . You will be offered an opportunity to provide parameters for the SCSI module. We recommend allowing the driver to probe for the hardware initially unless you have prior knowledge of a problem with the module used for your card. If the SCSI module fails to install, confirm that you selected the proper module for your hardware and try again. If you need to supply module parameters you can refer to section B for some examples.

If you are installing via CD or NFS you may skip ahead to section 2.3.10
