OREM, UT -- January 10, 2000 -- Caldera Systems, Inc., a provider of award-winning Linux products and services, announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering (IPO). The offering will be managed by Robertson Stephens, Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Wit Capital Group, Inc. and First Security Van Kasper.
