XFce 3.0.2 is now available for download on http://www.xfce.org
XFce is an easy-to-use and easy-to-configure environment for X11, based on GTK+,
with pulldown menus and color icons, 3D widgets, etc. XFce features now a set of
applications including a powerful Window Manager xfwm, a toolbar/application
launcher, a backdrop manager, a system sound manager for X11, a user friendly
interface for mouse configuration, a pager providing a miniature view of all
XFce desktops, a clock/calendar and at last but not least a filemanager, all
sharing the same look'n feel.

XFce 3.0.3 is now released and ready for download from http://www.xfce.org
XFce is an easy-to-use and easy-to-configure environment for X11 released under
the terms of the GNU/GPL license, based on GTK+, with pulldown menus and color
icons, 3D widgets, etc. XFce features now a set of applications including a
powerful Window Manager xfwm, a toolbar/application launcher, a backdrop
manager, a system sound manager for X11, a user friendly interface for mouse
configuration, a pager providing a miniature view of all XFce desktops, a
clock/calendar and at last but not least a filemanager, all sharing the same
look'n feel.
Changes :
- xfwm :
* Reduce memory leak
* Add new signal handlers
* Change window frames, to enhance "gtk" look of xfwm menus and windows
* Change contrast for 3D appearance
* Cleanup code
* Improve "destroy window" function.
* Update KDE hints handler
- xfce-libs :
* Remove nested functions to be more ANSI compliant.
- other :
* Add Maurizio Porrato's pyhton script in the base distribution
(It reads Xfce's color settings and modifies the X resources database
accordingly.)
* Change "configure" script so it doesn't stop if libXpm is not found
(hopefully the user knows what he does)
* Improve xfhelp shell script for netscape
